Service Information
We offer a yearly service contract of $500 which basically inlcudes everything physical and intellectual. The following is a list of whats covered by the service contract but not limited to this list :
- PunchPlus
software
- Upgrades
and software patches for GP
- Phone
calls and remote connection support
- Mag cards
- Clips, chains and pins
Our goal is to have one service contract that covers everything. This way our clients can have the security of knowing that whatever happens we will be there for them and that they are covered.
We also offer on-site training for a small fee of $500.00, excluding travel expenses. We can train as many people as needed all for the same price. We make sure that when we finish the training our clients are able to work efficiently with our system. The training doesn't stop there because we extend the training for 30 days after the initial training. We call back our clients and coach them through the different tasks at regular intervals to make sure that all the necessary procedures are followed in order to be as efficient as possible.
We offer on-site installation for $500.00, excluding travel expenses. We will install the system for you. We will guarantee our installation making sure that all communication parameters are set properly and according to our clients needs. We extend the configuration process for 30 days after installation if our clients need to fine tune the system parameters.
If needed, on-site service calls are possible for a charge of $120 an hour.
